Rodolfo R. Burquez, DDS graduated from the UCSF School of Dentistry in 1993 and has practiced in Whittier ever since. He is a general dentist with a steady cosmetic and implant practice, and a bilingual team that has been with him for years — not months.
The work here is unhurried. Most appointments run a little longer than the industry average because Dr. Burquez prefers to explain what he sees on the X-ray, talk through the options, and let patients decide without pressure.

In 2003, Dr. Burquez received the Presidential Service Commendation for sustained volunteer work in the southeast Los Angeles community — free clinics, school programs, and ongoing care for families who would not otherwise see a dentist.
He doesn't lead with this. We mention it once, here, because it's the most honest line in our file: a quarter century in the same neighborhood, treating the same families across generations.
